  • Proficiency with simulation tools and basic programming skills in C and MATLAB.
  • Strong electrical engineering fundamentals and circuit design experience involving power electronics, analog and digital circuits, and FPGA-based and/or microcontroller-based embedded systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to take designs from initial concept through hardware validation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to program requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with EMC design and validation.
  • Experience with PMAC and BLDC motor drives.
  • Experience with FOC sensor and sensorless control.
  • Familiarity with aerospace standards, including MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, and DO-160.
  • Familiarity with AS9100D development environments and structured design reviews.
  • Tools & Technologies
Experience with or exposure to:
  • Altium Designer
  • MATLAB & Simulink
  • SPICE-based simulation tools
  • PLM/PDM systems
  • ERP/MRP systems, including Deltek Costpoint or similar
  • Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
