POSITION / OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
- We are seeking experienced Aircraft Production Technicians to support heavy maintenance, component repair, aircraft modifications, and restoration activities within a high-volume commercial aircraft repair station.
- This role supports aircraft propulsion systems and structural assemblies while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, engineering requirements, and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, and modification activities.
- Assemble, disassemble, remove, replace, and modify aircraft components and mechanical assemblies.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production and maintenance discrepancies.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, technical manuals, and work instructions.
- Perform structural repairs and component restoration to engineering specifications.
- Measure, fit, shim, lap, and adjust components to meet required tolerances.
- Document completed work in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
- Complete repairs and modifications while maintaining FAA Part 145 compliance.
- Assist Engineering in resolving technical discrepancies and non-conformances.
- Maintain FOD control, tool control, and all required safety procedures.
- Support production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Mentor and assist less experienced technicians when needed.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- 3+ years of aircraft maintenance, MRO, aerospace manufacturing, or aviation production experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Boeing 737 or Boeing 787 program experience.
- Experience performing aircraft assembly, disassembly, modifications, repairs, and overhaul.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
- Working knowledge of FAA Part 145 Repair Station requirements.
- Experience documenting maintenance and repair activities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using precision measuring tools and aircraft maintenance equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to work any assigned shift, including overtime as needed.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment 10-year Criminal Background Check, and standard FAA DOT drug test.
- Proof of U.S citizenship required.
- Reliable personal transportation/vehicle required.
- Valid US Driver’s License.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Commercial aircraft heavy maintenance experience.
- Previous experience supporting major commercial narrow-body or wide-body aircraft programs.
- Experience mentoring technicians or leading maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with FAA Form 8130-3 documentation and regulatory compliance.
