SkyBridge Aviation is actively hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics (Assembly) to support multiple high-priority aerospace and defense programs across the United States. Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Perform precision drilling, reaming, and fastening of aircraft structures
• Install, assemble, and modify sheet metal components and subassemblies
• Perform riveting, sealing, and structural assembly tasks
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and compliance requirements
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
• Support structural modifications and production assembly lines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of aircraft sheet metal or structural assembly experience
• Strong background in drilling, riveting, and aircraft structures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Experience working on commercial or military aircraft platforms preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production or modification environment
• Must be open to shift work and overtime as required
• U.S. citizenship required
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required
