Job Description
Schedule: M-F 0800-1630 and call Sat and Sun is every 5th weekend plus one week night.
Duties: Direct clinical nursing services in client’s home/residence or facility, including but not limited to IV therapy, venipuncture, wound cares and wound vac, Hospice, coordination of care between MD, facility, patient/family and rehab. Must be able to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong computer skills, team oriented with previous nursing experience needed. NE RN license and BLS. Able to drive own vehicle, valid driver’s license and car insurance.
iPad will be supplied for charting.
